I'm Harry

Over the years I have always been the guy who obsessed over training. I developed a severely unhealthy relationship with myself & was diagnosed with body dysmorphia & depression. I lost myself and sacrificed my relationships amongst the chaos of building my career. I truly didn’t like myself on the outside or the inside. I felt my self worth was conditional upon my body looking a certain way. This made me feel alone and broken.

After studying my masters & body image it was clear, more needs to be done to strengthen lads’ self confidence in their body. It’s too easy to go off track chasing a certain physique and believe you aren’t good enough. No male should second guess their self worth based on how their body looks.
